Turning agency knowledge into everyday AI capability.
We helped WANT Branding connect its company knowledge with practical AI workflows, a shared Claude Team environment, and personal workspaces built around the way its people work.
01
The Opportunity
Make the agency’s expertise work across the team.
WANT was already using AI for research and writing. The opportunity was to connect that work: organize company knowledge, make past work easier to find and reuse, and bring useful AI workflows into the team’s everyday practice.
The next step was a shared environment where company context, reusable workflows, and individual ways of working could come together. That meant building the knowledge foundation and helping people put it to use.
Where we started: AI Diagnostic & PowerScore +
AI Diagnostic & PowerScore
Assessed current AI use across business activities, connected workflows, company knowledge, team practices, and quality review.
Prioritized recommendations
Delivered a strategic presentation and a tools-and-workflows report covering client acquisition, internal operations, and AI-ready brand deliverables.
A practical business guide
Provided a guide to working with AI context, reusable instructions, and workflows that the team can review and maintain.
02
The Solution
A connected foundation for the agency’s work.
We started with an AI Diagnostic & PowerScore to understand WANT’s work and prioritize the opportunities. Then we built WantKB, a shared knowledge base, and brought it together with reusable skills, projects, personal workspaces, and automations in Claude Team.
WantKB + Claude Team
Company knowledge. Connected to the work.
Original sources → Relevant context → Research and drafts for review
Shared company knowledge
WantKB organizes WANT’s work in Google Drive. A curated retrieval layer helps Claude find relevant projects, check evidence, and link back to the originals.
Keeping knowledge current
Reusable intake and maintenance workflows help the team add material, review revisions, and keep the knowledge that Claude draws on useful.
Workspaces built around people
We set up Claude Team, personal workspaces, and projects so employees could bring relevant context and repeatable instructions into their own work.
Skills, automations, and guidance
Research, lead reporting, slide drafting, setup, and help skills connect the foundation to everyday tasks. Automations support repeatable work, with the team reviewing outputs.
In practice
Skills, workflows, and automations.
A connected toolkit supports research, knowledge management, creative work, and team adoption. These are some of the skills, workflows, and automations we implemented around WANT’s work.
Daily lead research & reporting
+
A repeatable workflow researches company developments and turns them into a daily lead report. Each opportunity is organized around what changed, why it could create a brand assignment, and how strong and timely the lead is.
Starts with
Company developments and lead signals
Creates
A prioritized report for the team to review
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Company research briefs
+
The team can start with a company, its website, and the reason for a conversation. The workflow brings together business context, source links, and questions worth asking in a research brief.
Starts with
A company and the context for a conversation
Creates
A sourced brief and useful meeting questions
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Slide drafting
+
A presentation brief becomes a slide story and draft grounded in relevant WANT material. The team sets the audience and purpose, then reviews and refines the result before sharing it.
Starts with
Audience, purpose, and relevant WANT sources
Creates
A presentation draft ready for human refinement
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Employee setup guide
+
A setup guide helps employees prepare their workspace and get started with the workflows. It connects the tools with the practical guidance people need to use them in their own work.
Starts with
An employee getting started
Creates
Guidance for setup and a first task
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Company knowledge retrieval
+
A knowledge retrieval skill connects a question with relevant WANT projects, verifies the supporting material, and returns an answer with links to the original work.
Starts with
A question, project, or new assignment
Creates
Relevant examples and source-backed context
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Knowledge intake & maintenance
+
Skills for adding material and maintaining the library turn source files, revisions, and reuse context into reviewed knowledge the team can retrieve. Updates flow through source checks before retrieval materials are refreshed.
Starts with
New or revised work and its context
Creates
Reviewed source records and updated retrieval material
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Brand messaging research
+
A reusable messaging skill supports competitor analysis, messaging research, and draft copy. It gives the team a structured way to explore a brand’s position and develop ideas for review.
Starts with
A brand, its competitors, and the research question
Creates
Messaging research and draft directions
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Employee AI guidance
+
An AI help skill gives employees guidance on WantKB, the available skills, and working with Claude. It supports the team as people bring the toolkit into their own projects and workspaces.
Starts with
A setup question or a task the employee wants to try
Creates
Practical guidance and a next step
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team
Workflow automations
+
Alongside the on-demand skills, we implemented automations to support recurring work. We continue refining these with WANT so the workflows fit the team’s routines and run smoothly.
Starts with
Recurring work and the team’s operating routines
Creates
Repeatable support with ongoing refinement
Completed · Outputs reviewed by the team

The Impact
From individual experimentation to a shared way of working.
WANT now has a company knowledge base, completed workflows, and a team environment configured for practical AI work. The result is a reusable foundation the agency can build on as its needs evolve.
Knowledge the team can reuse
Relevant past work and source links can inform new research and drafts, bringing WANT’s own experience into the process.
Repeatable starting points
Company briefs, lead reports, and slide drafts give the team structured outputs to review and develop with their expertise.
A team equipped to get started
Personal workspaces, shared projects, and setup guidance give employees a practical route into using AI in their work.
An ongoing partnership
We’re continuing to work with WANT to refine the workflows, support adoption, and make sure the experience runs smoothly for the team.
